Our latest investment here at HiVac Engineering Ltd, a Lagun BM3RT is a universal bed mill boasting a 1600mm x 1200mm indexable table and a 4k rpm high performance LO S Orthogonal Automatic milling head.
With this machine, it increases our capability to a 3x3x3m envelope allowing us to bring in bigger projects. Take a look at the machine installation time-lapse video below.
Take a look at our gallery below, some of our most recent work that we have put up on this machine. As you can see, it isn’t shy of room and with the machining head having at max a Y Traverse of 1.3m, and a X Traverse of 3m travel, it has no issues with machining.
