Custom Vacuum & UHV Chambers

We design and manufacture vacuum and ultra-high vacuum chambers in stainless steel, aluminum and other specialist materials.

Our team can produce chambers up to a 3x3x3M envelope, complete with ports, flanges and internal features to your exact specification.

Precision Fabrication & Welding

With in-house 3, 4, 5 Axis and our new 4 + 2 Axis CNC Machining centers, we produce both simple and complex parts from stainless steel, aluminum, refractory metals and high-temperature ceramics.

Design & CAD Support

Our team of engineers use the latest CAD software to model your chamber or component, run design reviews and ensure full compatibility with your system.

Leak Testing & Vacuum Integrity

Every chamber undergoes rigorous leak testing to verify vacuum. We can also provide Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) scans to confirm chamber meets/exceeds specification.

UHV Cleaning & Bake-out

We offer specialist cleaning and bake-out services to remove contaminants and outgassing, preparing components for ultra-high vacuum use.
